Sure enough, my wire was going to TP71 instead of TP82. Easy enough fix.

If anyone knows which test point controls the r button that would potentially be helpful as well.

Finally got around to installing this, and had a few questions. My R button on the gamecube controller doesn't seem to be mapped to anything by default. All it does is make the wifi LED light up? Also, having problems using the remapping. When I press L+R+B+start on the controller is disables all the buttons on the controller (which I assume is what is supposed to happen), but when I hold a button on the 3ds then press whatever I want to map to it on the controller nothing happens. Pressing start on either the gamecube controller or the 3ds doesn't seem to leave the remapping mode, and I can't get the controller to work until I unplug it and plug it back in.

Is there something simple I'm missing here, or is there maybe a short going inside the case?
