Re: [New Nintendo 3DS XL] Loopy’s Capture Card vs. Optimize Capture Card Audio Question
Audio has always been a "beta" feature in the katsukity software, I think it's just a software artifact. Major bummer, hopefully others pipe in at least to confirm that it's not a hardware issue. If more than one person experiences the same problem with the exact same product, at least in...

Re: [New Nintendo 3DS XL] Loopy’s Capture Card vs. Optimize Capture Card Audio Question
Maybe it's the bit rate/bandwidth? I used to have one where that was the issue. Try lowering it on sound settings or use a lower bandwidth option in Transfer Mode (pick RGB565 or YUV### I forget). It doesn't affect the sound coming out of the 3DS itself, right? Maybe it's the bit rate/bandwidth? I ...

[New Nintendo 3DS XL] Loopy’s Capture Card vs. Optimize Capture Card Audio Question
Hello everyone, a few months ago I had received a New Nintendo 3DS XL with an Optimize capture card preinstalled from relatives as a gift. Managing to get my hands on one of these I noticed a weird issue that I cannot seem to fix, that being audio popping, crackling, etc. whenever I use the digital ...

Re: When are the original ds boards coming back?
Every time I come to check the availability of these I always end up checking it out when it's out of stock, have to love bad timings lol. Anyways, great to know that these are still being made, it gives me a chance to save up for one in the future. Message to everyone: Patience is a virtue, sometim...

Re: Why people are getting rid of 3ds capture cards
You don't have to explain the reasons, for cases like yours it's completely understandable, but I'm more so getting at the dumb reasons behind it.

Re: Is a flucuating FPS normal?
It could just be that the hardware might just be too overkill for the codec. It's also possible that the codec wasn't optimized for the hardware either, even though the hardware is newer and more powerful, it lacks to the coding to utilize it properly. It's pretty common to happen especially with dr...

Re: Is a flucuating FPS normal?
Well here is the thing, the output is direct to the PC through the software, but you are forgetting that the codec you use plays a huge role in video quality and performance. I recommend looking into what a codec is and seeing if you can find any that matches the quality you want. Technically speaki...

Re: Why people are getting rid of 3ds capture cards
Well some people need the money for bills and what not, but some people purposely buy some of these and price them outrageously in places like eBay for profit (dirty but it works to their advantage), knowing 3DS capture cards aren't real a huge thing anymore let alone mass produced, people will take...

Re: Software Delay
Knowing it's a direct connection over USB and not over the internet/wirelessly, it should be fluent. The only way you couldn't make it fluent with the computer is if you are running a very old and very slow system, however the chances of most people having that is pretty slim now a days. You don't n...

Re: Merki or Official Loopy
People exploit others by pricing things the way they do with certain devices under certain conditions (modded for example) because people tend to be pretty desperate to get said device in whatever method it was modded in. Basically, people's lack of patience is heavily exploited. I personally would ...
