I had some free time today so I just sent my 2 consoles out as of now. I wrote a note in the box exterior to indicate it is for repair due to the new software/firmware update.

Anyone else experiencing this? I just downloaded the newest version, plugged in my 3DS, completed the firmware update - then nothing but black screens in the viewer. Tried going back to 5.2 but I guess because of the firmware update, that's no longer working either. Software says "Not Connected...
