On the source(s) for my DS capture windows in OBS I right click -> Scale Filtering -> Point. Makes things really sharp in your recording/stream. I was able to reproduces this with my own copy of Dream team. Plugged straight into the front of my PC, nothing else plugged in the front. Nothing stressful on my PC running either.

Captured using the screenshot mode in the viewer program. Both set to point scaling and each viewer at their true (smallest) size.
