pretty sure loopy has never sold capture cards for the "old" 3DS XL (SPR model numbers). only the original 3DS (CTR) and the New 3DS XL (RED). there is a capture card that exists for the 3DS XL (and some other people out there who would install it) but it's not made by loopy

is your preview window 1:1 to the canvas size or is it scaling to fit the available space in SLOBS? is your capture in SLOBS either the same size or an integer scale factor of the source screen size? i don't use SLOBS but OBS has a right-click option to scale the preview window to "canvas"...
