Just wanted to come here to say that I just had this issue. I tried new cable, switched to the front USB C port and then returned to the back. Nothing. Rebooted my PC and the issue went away? Something must have loaded into Windows that was causing some kind of issue/conflict with the capture softwa...

Is there any way to know if Loopy has received your 3DS on arrival? I've seen the name Neal thrown about but my package says it was signed for by someone named Derek on May 26th. Any attempt to inquire has been met with silence, so mainly just curious.
