People aren't here 24/7, a little patience would be good. However, I believe for regions other than North America you'd have to buy a 3DS for your region and send it to Loopy or the guys at merki.net, the European distributor/installer. http://www.merki.net/?page_id=54

The sound doesn't output from the mPSV_view app even with Line in plugged in. You can only direct your other recording program to record the audio from Line in, mPSV_view does only that, view things from your Vita. You can still use the audio from the Vita speakers with the USB cable plugged in, or ...

You can't just press the 'Change View' button, and then use two different programs to record each screen's window?
