All Loopy's software needs is a vertical stretch option and you'll get the proper 3DS aspect ratio.
You can do it yourself in OBS, but it adds input lag, so not ideal for actually playing.

Hi Loopy, thanks for updating the build! I just had a chance to try out the test build now and I can confirm that it does indeed work!
