Re: Board availability, and other stuff
That last post really turned bad. What I meant to say is that the difference between USB and audio jack is just for convenience I believe, correct? Also, is there any difference in the quality? And thank God it's a firmware update. And I'll order one as soon as the orders are open, as I am always r...

Re: Twitch Streaming
I try using OBS to capture the 3DS window and half of the screen is black. You have to use a better stream layout. Just using the 3DS capture app isn't good enough. Here is a simple layout to get you started: Go to Settings -> Video , set the Base Resolution to "Custom: 1280 x 480" Click ...

Re: Missing Cables.
You don't want Mini-USB, you want Micro-USB. For example this one on Amazon (I chose this example because of the good article image; I have never ordered anything from that vendor).
You should also be able to pick one up from a local retailer too.

Re: Audio Issues
Get an 64-bit video codec. My recommendation is to use Lagarith to record in a lossless (but huge) format and then encode it with your favourite video editing program to something smaller. If you still want to stick with Xvid, you should reinstall it from here , that should give you the x64 codec too.

Re: [Suggestion] Top & Bottom Screens in 2 Videos
Maybe I'm blind... where in this screenshot does it show the captured video's resolution as 400x480? You can see the capture program in the screenshot, displaying a 400x480 image. I don't have a raw video recording on this device or my 3DS at hand, so I can't show you an actual recording. The scree...

Re: [Suggestion] Top & Bottom Screens in 2 Videos
The problem with just splitting the video into two parts, is that I don't think the resolution of the video is the combined native resolution of the two screens It is, as you can see here . The capture board records in 400x480, which matches the resolution of the 3DS screens exactly (400x240 top sc...

Hashd.tv is really good.
There's also Nico Nico Live, but viewers have to create an account to watch.
Do you have a specific reason to not use Twitch?

Re: Software Issues and 2 Questions
It's probably you using a bad video codec. Some video codecs just don't work and cause the exact problem you are having. But it's strange that it was working before. Anyway, you should use either Lagarith , if possible. It's a lossless codec, so it will record in the best quality possible, but it wi...

Re: Audio modulation?
Sure, the package you got from loopy should have included a black box labeled "NOISE FILTER". If you connect that box between your PC and your 3DS the noise will go away.
