Question. Back in 2014 I bought and sent directly to you an Old 3ds to get a capture card. (obviously sending you my address and such so you knew where to send it)

I'm assuming once XL/New3DS cards are available I can do the same thing?

The capture software records it just fine. It's just when it get's used in a different program what shows up is a frozen screen or it doesn't properly appear as an option. Do you think this has anything to do with running 64 bit windows 8? Wait you are running windows 8 and not 8.1? if so I do sugg...

Can you check if you are able to do it in OBS? since the issue is probably with xsplit.

It's not xsplit, it occurs in ffsplit as well. (when I load the window into ffsplit it brings it up but it's still frozen)

I think I was using a different version (it was labeled "3ds_capture20141009) the one on the site doesn't work either. Xsplit is fully updated.

So I upgraded to Windows 8 yesterday, and now my 3DS Capture Card doesn't appear on the list of capture cards (see here: http://imgur.com/scyvqnW) The driver for that is installed, I have said program, but why is Xsplit not detecting it?
