Not yet. There are only options for the normal 3DS and original DS "Phat" through Loopy. 3DS XL cards are being finalized on the software side, and New 3DS XL cards are supposed to be the next thing planned.

If there is no frame skipping on the capture preview without recording, you could just record the capture window through OBS with your desired settings and there should be no frame drops.

I believe that the boards do not stick out anymore, according to previous posts even a couple years ago. The N3DS XL boards won't be bulky either when they release.
