It's been about a month or two since I started saving up for Loopy's 3DS Card, but there hasn't really been much word on the progress. I started looking at Katsukity as an option, even though I've heard bad things about them. Should I get one from them and possibly regret it, or continue to wait?

I recall reading (not sure if it was speculation,) that Loopy's future waves of capture cards would feature a new cheaper design. Is this true, and if it is, how much will it be?

Will the new cards be cheaper? I think I heard somewhere that they would be.
