The computer still recognizes that my Cap Card is connected, but the capture program turns black.

The board is able to be moved back and forth as the ribbon cable moves wit it. Is that what the problem is?

I just unscrewed the back and nothing seems too fishy. How would you describe a "loose" ribbon cable? Like how much would it be able to move around?

Title. I've used multiple cords but it disconnects within 30 seconds each time. My 3DS fell on the ground earlier today, so I wouldn't be surprised if that messed up something.

Using a different USB cord worked. The default one was too wobbly, so I tried another one that was a bit shorter and it ended up working. Thanks.

Recently, my 3DS Capture Card began to disconnect and cease to display itself on my screen.
