It depend where you live. If i need to ship my OldXL to merki it will cost me 297euro = 447$ cad agaisnt 200$ usd = 274$ cad.

So it better waiting then spending twice the price and it a keity card from china which is bad quality ( that what most ppl said).

I try to buy one from him but it weird that merki dosen't ship to Canada. The only solution is still Loopy but why he can't ship to Canada???

Who know when, he will give us update because even merki have all sold out his capture board too. We can all wait till Loopy give us update on his work.

To be honest, even though I may get a New Nintendo 3DS XL next month, I'd rather wait until 2016 to get a capture board, assuming that Loopy's version of the New3DSXL Capture board (or controller mod, if that's in the works) will be ready by then. Too much to do for the time being, so I'm forced to...
