What do I need to do? Are there any instructions?

I ask this because my cartridge slot is acting up. I want to try to get a replacement cartridge slot to see if I can get it replaced. Bit I only hope that it doesnt do any damage to the n3ds xl itself or the capture board.

I was using a usb-type c to type-c when it happened. On Windows 11, it was flawless.
