But I don't have a 3ds, and most sites are sold out. Katsukitty isn't but they charge a lot and I've heard bad things about its service. Where can I buy a 3ds for a reasonable price?

Is there a way I can get a 3ds with a card installed and get it to work on a mac? I can't find any site that isn't sold out. Also, I want to stream and record with it, and I don't want to spend too much.
