When I made an attempt to gently disconnect my microUSB cord from my 3DS's board, the entire microUSB port in the back shattered. Now, there's a hollow hole in place of where that used to be. May I send in my 3DS capture board for repairs, or is that outside the realm of possibility?

Loopy, is there any proprietary software besides the PC drivers which you have installed into the 3DS's system files to get this to work?

I've had it for a while, and it's been working for me for the last 4 years.

I am trying with a different cable. No dice. I'm going to see if I can test it with another machine with a USB cable to see if it's something to do with the way that my computer is recognizing the device.

PS: this is with a Loopy card.
