Hello there.
Since I got my capture board in August 2012 I have used the XVid codec on its default settings. If you use XVid, do you modify the settings for a better result?

I recorded a video a few minutes ago. Now the sound is very quiet because I lowered the volume while recording. Is there a way to record video/audio over USB without making the volume of the PC very high? In the audio settings "Stereo Mix" is selected. You can max out the volume on your c...

Re: USB audio test
Is there anything I have to do before recording audio over USB to get the best out of the feature? In the audio settings the program selects "Stereomix". I don't know if it's called the same in English but the only other options are XSplit and Microphone. How high should I put the volume o...

Re: USB audio test
What do you mean by "better quality"? The sound of the old board sounds a bit strange. A little more specific please :) I can't really describe it. I uploaded a video of the 3DS menu and Kirby Triple Deluxe (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vyizcn1XCrY) and in my opinion it doesn't sound li...

Just my imagination or is there a difference? xD Just your imagination :) The board doesn't do any audio processing, i...

Re: USB audio test
Version 3.0 of the 3DS capture software is now available with audio over USB. Seems to be the final version then. Are there other new features? There is no new changelog yet.

I know but it still looks "wrong". And there are only few games that support the CPP. I prefer my board from Loopy.Minimit wrote:It is in that position so a Circle Pad Pro can be used while recording.
