So just my two in today and they work great, only issue is that I can't capture both at the same time, made a copy of the program so each card is on a separate program and it doesn't show the full output. No. Merki has recently partnered with Katsukity and is starting to sell Old 3DS, Old 3DS XL, and New 3DS XL capture boards made by Katsukity.

From what I read Merki has a two year warranty with the ones he sells unlike buying directly from the Japanese seller. So that's good too. Yeah, it seems that he does.
