So I haven't used my 3ds capture device in over a year and when I tried using it recently, I get no response. I plug the usb into the computer and nothing happens. All drivers are installed and I have a new usb cable. Could the problem be the connector on the board? Can I send it in to be repaired? ...

Drivers won't install (Vista 64)
I've been at this for 4 days now. I've tried to manually install the drivers, but that didn't work. I heard updating the Vista service pack from 1 to 2 solves this, but I can't even get that to work due to the E_UNEXPECTED(0x8000ffff) error. Should I upgrade to Windows 8?
