Did you select an output folder?

Click on the button that looks like [...] and select a folder to save your pictures/videos.

The solution is rather simple:

1. Save some money.
2. Check whether you want to send in your 3DS or buy a new one (US Version!).
3. Order one from http://3dscapture.com/order.html and pay $255 USD - $465 USD depending on your choice.
4. Wait for your 3DS Capture device to be sent back...
