Hmmm... you may have to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.

Yup. If you got a new 3DS with the card installed you can e-mail loopy and explain what happened to the 3DS and he'll send you a new one.

"Windows 7 / Vista: Tell Windows to search for drivers online and install them automatically. You shouldn't need to download drivers."

You have to send your 3DS to him.

I saw the website and that one says for Nintendo DS(original?)to get the one for 3DS you have to pick the 3DS Capture card + Install. But that's just my guess.

He sold the board as a stand alone option but took it off because of the high fail rate. You can still buy the self-install kit but you have to PM Loopy about that.
