Help! Capture board malfunction!

I have had this board from katsukity for around 4 months now and it was worked porfectly, until now. I was streaming on youtube when out of nowhere it had seemed to crash and I was left with this image in a pokemon battle http://puu.sh/5om9V.jpg (The colors are mixed up as well and are not in the right place.) I then tried to reconnect the 3ds and it gave me a no signal. I then switch both cords and computers and I got the same exact result. What should I do? Im very nervous now bc I needed this so badly to record and upload videos to my youtube. Please help in any way you can!
