Recording Video

Post by WiiDude83 » Sat Apr 23, 2016 1:31 am

So what is generally the best video type to go with for both quality and size. And is there an equivalent to an MP4 file you can record in?

Not an outside software in the 3DS recording software itself. My OBS won't let me get high quality video out of it

Use Lagarith Lossless codec as a raw avi recording and then drag it to YUA.exe to encode the video to MP4. Make sure the quality is either HQ or IQ. MQ/LQ notably lowers the quality

So I downloaded the lossless codec. What exactly is YUA.exe because I can't find it

I'm always open to multiple ways of recording 3ds footage, thanks for the tip(s)/suggestions.
