Sending of Modded 3DS to Nintendo
Has anyone tried this? My 3DS is having serious issues (bad charging port, random app crashes) that need to get addressed. Will Nintendo remove the capture board if I send it in. I've looked around this forum but haven't seen Loopy say its something he can fix or I'd send it his way for help.

I do not think they would even touch it, after seeing any modification at the device.
To get the power-charging-port repaired is no big thing.
The app crashes you have is a real big issue from the software, that's something they normally would exchange the complete device.
If you have these crashes, then this is bad luck to you, the only thing you can do is getting another system and ask Neal (Loopy) to transplant it for you.
Nintendo does not care about your Capture Card, they see a modification and do not tolerate that...
