What do you mean that you have "done a ton of research on this"? If you actually did research on 3DS Capture Cards, you would know that everyone would recommend loopy if you have the 3DS, and that you would be forced to go to katsukity if you have anything else.

Friends and mainly family and I heard that Katsukity makes bad capture cards
I recently bought a capture card from katsukitty. I shipped my new 3ds out from canada to japan using UPS. I can say that Katsukitty got his shit together and did a good job with a fast turn around time. Took 2 weeks to get my 3ds back.
