Step 2: Don't upgrade to 11.0
Step 3: Follow the guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
Step 4: Install BootNTR: https://github.com/astronautlevel2/Boot ... /tag/3.3.1
Step 5: Don't have a lot of devices on your router when streaming

With wireless streaming, you'll be capped at most 54 Mbps due to the New 3DS' wifi, and you will never be able to achieve 60 FPS while recording both screens, especially since development on BootNTR is over due to the creator not wanting to work on it anymore.
Re: Possible Time on New 3DS XL Capture Kit?
Just set up my stream and got it going yesterday. I have to lower the quality of the image a little so it isn't as crisp as a legit card is, but it's not at all bad and streamed at a solid 30fps with it. It is a blast and worked great.
If slightly buried image is the price I have to pay because Loopy refuses to issue an update, I'll happily save 200+ dollars.
