I have a question. I'm thinking of buying a DS capture card (NOT 3DS), but I need to know something: will the PC program read that the DS is sending audio, or do you need a seperate program?

You'll just need a male to male audio cable that plugs into your DS and then into your computer's microphone port. No software needed.
