Anybody know how to fix this error? I removed some number, don't know if IP should be public or not.

"ERR: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 192.168.X.XXX:8000"

Ive messed around with my firewall with the TCP and UDP ports. I tried installing net frame 4.0 but it says I have the latest net frame. DO i need the exact 4.0 version? If so how do I get it to let me install? I am using an ethernet cable on my PC but both devices on the same IP, don't know if that effects anything. Also tried this on my laptop since its wireless also the same issue.

Please detail your process from activating NTR up to the error, there are a few things that can cause that error. The process I go through is:

Activate NTR
X+Y Enable Debugger
Start Game
Enter NitroStream on PC
Enter the 3ds IP address (I used the cellphone app Fing to find it, it's a free app)
Press Connect
Stream

Also, it's not possible for 2 devices to share the same IP on a single network. They can have similar IP's, but the network wont allow identical IP's. When your network assigns an IP to a device, it always checks to make sure the IP isn't in use. If you load a list of connected devices, and 2 have the same IP, either you're seeing the same device listed twice, or you have an issue with your network setup.

I've got 4 more videos up. I also just realized I forgot to mention previously, the reason the top screen looks smooth but the bottom appears to sometimes have a delay is because I use a priority setting that gives more bandwidth to the top screen. I use this setting because the majority of the action takes place on the top screen.
