Does loopy capture card work on the New 3DS

I'm try to see if the loopy capture works on a New 3ds.

Not yet. There are only options for the normal 3DS and original DS "Phat" through Loopy. 3DS XL cards are being finalized on the software side, and New 3DS XL cards are supposed to be the next thing planned.
