Are the Original DS capture card/board here?

Hi! I've been lerking here for awhile, especially around Loopy's Original DS shop. For a very long time, I've been wanting my very own Original DS with a capture board installed, but I knew we didn't have enough money.
We finally scraped enough money to buy an Original DS to have a capture board installed... Only to find every single option leading to Sold Out, and along with some threads, saying that it's sold out for good.
Anyway, is it true that the Original "Phat" DS capture boards completely unavailable, or do I simply just have to wait?
On another note, do I need a Paypal account to shop?
