Software Updates & Requests Thread

So it seems there are like 4 different threads with beta features & tonnes of people asking requests.. So to make it easier let's make one thread? Yeah? okay.

I belive THIS is the latest BETA Software.
If you haven't updated your capture card firmware to support 3D Capturing, you will have to make an update. If you do update it OLDER software won't work anymore.

This Software supports..
3D Capturing
Vary of Recording presets (DS 1:1, DS Upscaled, 3D Stretched etc)

The Main Release Provides everything you know and love and now Multiple Capture card support and can be downloaded right HERE
Note: again, if you have updated your firmware, this program will not work with your device.

As for requests I think most people want USB Audio Recording.
Hopefully we should have one concise thread for all "beta" updates, easier us & loopy.

As for Mac software that has Its own thread here

and Multiple capture devices (multiple instances of the program will work with different capture cards)
Again.. Loopy if you could confirm these things so i don't give out wrong information. :P (half the reason I made this)
The beta version adds 3D capture and the other things you mentioned, except for multiple capture devices. That was only very recently added to the main release (2.10). The firmware update just adds 3D capture, those other things are software changes.
As for requests I think most people want USB Audio Recording.
A poll might be useful. Does this forum even do polls? I've never tried :P

RTMP streaming would be pretty interesting, but there's OBS and XSplit for broadcasting already, and they are far more flexible.

I'd vote for Audio over USB. That way I could use my PC360s to record my voice in opposed to my USB Headset, and greatly reduce the amount of wires going into my CPU at the same time. Switching from Line-In to Mic constantly isn't exactly fun either...

I understand Audio via USB would be nice to have.. but I don't get why you guys hate it the way it is..

I use bandicam to record (purely to reduce raw file sizes as I am a hoarder) and set Sound as Line In (3DS) and Secondary Mic is my Mic..
Now most of the time I do non commentary stuff, but It's brilliant :D I can hear the game through my headphones, record it perfectly, if I lower the volume on my computer It doesn't affect the recording, I can listen to music/podcast while recording and not record that audio track. It's... an extra wire, but I don't see me not using this method. Never had an issue with audio... idk what you guys use haha.
