I screwed up

So, I tried installing the capture board and really had no clue what I was doing. I ran into the issue of it not turning on. If I sent it to you could you look at it and possibly fix it,I'd be willing to pay extra for it , thanks.

Yeah, I can fix it.
This is a DS board? If it doesn't turn on, the cable isn't in right. Either that or it blew a fuse... but most of the time, you just need to redo the cable, make sure it's in all the way.

I think I had the cable in fine, but either way I wouldn't know.
