Top capture screen scrambled

Hello, Loopy (and everyone!).

I recently purchased a 3DS with a Loopy board installed from someone via the forums. It worked great on my first test run (when it arrived), but today when I tried, the top screen is scrambled (the bottom screen and audio work fine).

Can anyone assist with this? Because it's a Loopy board, can you take a look at/fix it for me if I send it?

I paid a pretty penny for it and I hope I'm not out that money in the long run. I was really looking forward to using it!
