Audio from Capture Card is Quiet in OBS

So I have been recording and streaming with the capture card, But the problem is that the sound Is very quiet and I don't know how to up the game audio but not my own mic. Does anyone know where I can enhance it?

Just the usual questions:
- is the volume up near max on the 3DS/console?
- when checking the levels of the "line in" input, is the number super low or at max?

It is at max on the DS, But I don't know where to check the 2nd part. Is it in OBS or in Volume controls on the PC

So far I cant find the Line In option on what ever it is, I looked in Audio on the PC and in OBS but still didn't find anything

Extremely sorry I wasn't on here for a while. Didn't think anyone would respond after a week. But its DS, I just have the cable I got with it but my friend said there was a direct input thing I could get but I forget if that's 3DS or DS
