I'm currently using Windows 10. I did not have issues with this when I ran Windows 7.

The 3ds capture program works normal when I'm in an actual 3ds game (like pokemon X&Y). However, when I'm in a Virtual Console release (like pokemon Blue/Green), it makes my mouse stop reacting/reacting slow. The problem is worse on my American 3DS (where the mouse won't react at all, and moves just a little), but it will still randomly freeze on my Japanese 3ds.

Unplugging the console from the computer fixes it immediately, as does hitting the home screen button.

I tried reinstalling the driver. Going to reset my computer and see if that fixes it. If not, I'll swap mouses and see if that fixes it (and will edit this post)

edit: Still happening upon a driver reinstall.
