Capture Card doesn't work with Microphone

Post by SirKoda » Mon Sep 04, 2017 9:16 pm

I have a Katsukity Capture Card for the 3DS (Sorry for posting here, no other good place to get support,) and it doesn't work with my microphone. I have an Audio-Technica AT 2035 that is connected to my computer using an AudioBox USB, and when the AudioBox is connected to my computer, I get a "No Valid Data" error in the capture software. I know its not a problem with my computer, my computer is pretty powerful and can run just about any game. Can any of you guys help me?

This is a Katsukity product, so you are wrong here.
The issue you have is a problem with your USB Chipset from your mainboard, your USB Audio device is USB1.1 and uses exclusive access to the Chipset. Therefore it does pull down the complete line. Try connecting to a different USB port if your mainboard has a second USB Chip, if not you could buy an additional USB Card to have them separated.

Can't be on the same usb hub. Katsukity says that in the instructions. Even Loopy's card is similar, no other usb devices on the hub. It sometimes will work but sometimes not.
