Buying Nintendo 3Ds/3DsXL Capture Card

Whats up guys, hope yall are having a great day! I'm looking to start a youtube channel and need a 3Ds capture card to record, I don't care whether or not it is a regular 3Ds or an XL, just as long as the capture card is in proper working condition. I'm trying to get it in the price range of 400 for a regular and 450 for an XL, as I am on a budget. Thank you for your time!
