What firmware version is it? Hopefully 9.2 or lower...

The newest version, 9.4.0-21U. Had to update it to use the eShop and transfer downloads to my other 3DS.

What is wrong with >9.2 versions? Capture card still works fine.

*Edit: Just did some googling and I suppose it is because of Gateway. If so, sorry, I would think Gateway would eventually support past versions 9.2.
