Looking for a New 3ds with capture card preinstalled

I'm looking for a New 3ds with capture card preinstalled. I am in need of it on a relatively quick timeframe, so something within the next couple weeks would be nice. Thank You! Either Katuskity or Loopy is fine, just not wireless capture.

How quick a time frame are you looking for? I'll be looking to sell the N3DS one I have towards the end of June/start of July.

That works fine, turns out I don't need it right away, so whenever you can sell is good.
