3DS Capture Card Manufacturing

So I know for a long time supply has been sort of an issue with Loopy and with Katsukitty now out of business wouldn't it be a smart idea to for Loopy to go through some 3rd party to make the 3DS Capture boards? This would also easen up development for the XL, 2DS, and New 3DS models.
