i Know i heard loopy said he's not a katsukitty repair service but i dont know of anyone i can else i can turn to in order to get this N3DScc Repaired

It sounds like a capture card problem.I don't think there's a repair service anywhere worldwide due to katsukitty shutting down and merki doesn't have anymore capture card that you need due to that shutdown.
