Looking to buy a Loopy 3DS capture card

Title pretty much says it all.

I'm looking for a new Loopy 3DS capture card to buy from someone. Tried looking for one on eBay for a majority of this week, but I'm not having much luck, so I'm trying here to improve my chances.

-It HAS to be Loopy (I will not accept any other 3DS capture card) AND already installed (I don't know how to install one), this is non-negotiable.
-Any color is fine with me.
-Would like proof of it in action and working with 3ds_capture.exe before making the final purchase.

I'm in the US and can pay through PayPal. We can try to negotiate a price, but I'm looking for an offer up to $500 (Nothing higher than that).
