tools for capture card install?

i received a new install kit for the original ds and i wanted to ask for those who have done installations themselves, what should i have on hand?

i haven't purchased any soldering tools before so that's kind of my main concern, i wanna make sure i get something reliable haha .. if anyone's got any suggestions i'd appreciate it!
