Lower Screen jumping

Hello, I’m having a strange thing happen to my capture card on the OG ds. It recently started, or I just recently noticed it, that the lower screen seems to jump or bounce a lot and looks like it’s vibrating very quickly. I tried a few things like unplugging it from the port on the back, turning it off and on again, taking the ds cart out and none of it worked and it only got worse. It shows up fine on OBS so my streams are still good, I just can’t look at it or play it off stream. Is there a way to fix this maybe?
