Question about 3DS FC list

So yesterday I added my friends to my 3DS and some of them added me first and some of them I added first ok so my question is after they add me back will their picture and name show up on my 3DS or do I need to readd them again?
Video games I like to play. Harvest moon. Animal crossing. :)

They will show up once they add you to their friends list.

You need to be connected to the internet to receive their name and picture in your friends list if that is what you are asking.

Actually, you did your part, so you don't need to do anything else anymore.
The person on the other side needs to add you, and as soon as he/she did, you'll get a message, that the other person added you.
This message appears, as soon as you start Friend List again.
