When will they be up for sale again?

I wanted to buy a 3DS and just ship it to you guys and in the PayPal message just explain the stuff, but it says you guys are sold out? Why is that and will it be back up soon? Also will it work on a 3DS XL, and am I able to just buy a 3DS of of nintendo's site and ship it to you and in a PayPal message just tell you guys that the one from nintendo is mine etc?

The capture card only works for the regular 3DS. They are being sold in the, "The "How do I buy one?" thread - link. You can buy the 3DS online and have it shipped to loopy, just tell him how to identify it, a tracking number works.
