You'll need to adjust the Boot Order in the BIOS.
You can usually access it by repeatily pressing F2 or Delete while booting your PC.
More recent PC's as well allow you to just do the same with F12, so you can choose where to boot from, without making permanent changes.

Hmm yesterday I tried uninstalling pinnacle and it froze my computer so I had to hold the power button and shut it off. When I turned it back on it said missing Operating System.... So I can't do anything for a week or so. But thankfully it just so happens I was getting a new computer anyway so yeah... No loss!

Strange as I experienced the same problem when I uninstalled google chrome.

Wait. Okay! My editor will accept it I just had the wrong setting on. But one problem still remains. I do videos where I separate the screens which is easy to do, however, putting the top screen into the frame I created stretches it too much and ruins it. I tried outputting JUST the top and that worked fine. This is why I wish there was split output... Then they wouldnt have to be stretched WAY too much. It handles GBA capture as well as single-screen output just fine... But are there any plans to make split output if other people agree and want it? It would be SUPER helpful!

You may notice the backdrop on the "both screens" video has a slightly smaller frame. This is because I tried to shrink the frame so it wouldn't be so bad. Originally it was the same size as the "single output" video and it was still the same.

Ouch...the quality of the 2 screen output, the single and GBA seem alright though.

Later on I'm going to give cyberlink powerdirector a try and see how it handles this (it's a bit clunky but rendering times are wonderful).

Okay well today I tried using Vegas movie studio to edit the ds with, and it looked perfect when editing, then as soon as I start rendering and it finishes, the screens have glitched into a different spot... Anybody know whats wrong?

Would you mine uploading the file and/or show me what rendering settings you're using?
