How often do you use your capture board?

I didn't actually use it that much when I first got it, but I've started to use it more lately.
Mainly because there haven't really been any games for the 3DS in a while that I've wanted to record.

What about you guys?

For recording? About once a week. For screenshots? Daily. For using my monitor as a display? Whenever I use the 3ds. For bragging rights? Always.

Main unit has some wear, board container on the bottom has a fair number of scratches. Entire unit works flawlessly. I have the original box for the 3DS, in fair condition, as well as included items.

Not sure about price.
