DS Capturing

Post by Copilot » Tue Aug 05, 2014 7:06 am

Will this device also capture regular DS games running on my 3DS, or would I have to rather buy a normal DS capture card and a normal DS?

Anything the 3DS does can be recorded with the capture card, NDS games included.

Heck, that's why I got mine!

The 3ds capture card, can't record 3D, it records in 2D always.
But you can play in 3D and record gameplay of that game in 2d.

To put simply, the 3ds capture card feeds video from the 3ds to your pc, everything and anything shown on either screen...DS games and virtual console stuff included.

Look no further than these 2 videos, both of which I recorded with Loopy's 3ds capture card for further clarification
